IT Help Desk

Part time assistant responsible for handling computer questions and problems for a local non-profit agency. This is a position that will encounter multiple interruptions during the day and will need to be able to prioritize requests and tasks. Must be comfortable working with the public in a friendly, non-confrontational manner. The ideal candidate must have computer experience, preferably with Apple computers. Experience with Word and Excel desirable. There will be a test demonstrating the applicantÕs computer knowledge.
