The Healthy Hearts and Home program is one of 3 federal demonstration sites. The project is an integrated commitment on the part of Nurses
for Newborns, Father Support Center and St. Louis Healthy Families to provide physical and emotionally
intelligent education to families which will provide support and resources to improve the well being of the entire family unit.
